6/2/1958 akan sentiasa menjadi tarikh yang akan dikenang oleh semua orang n pihak yg berkaitan dgn Manchester United..23 orang-8 pemain dan 3 org staf kelab telah meninggal dunia dlm plane crash yg melibatkan pasukan Man Utd...

Penerbangan pulang ke England dr Yugoslavia selepas salah satu perlawanan menentang Red Star Belgrade (game ni M.U seri 3-3) dlm European Cup pnya pertandingan, plane yg bwk team Man Utd time 2 n staff kelab yg laen singgah di Munich (Jerman) tuk refuel. 2 percubaan utk berlepas dr lapangan terbang Munich x berjaya; percubaan kali ke-3, plane 2 terhempas...

21 org dlm plane 2 meninggal di tempat kejadian (cm bc berita je..)..kapten kpl terbang malang 2, Kenneth Rayment meninggal beberapa mnggu ps2..Duncan Edward, slh sorg drpda 8 org player yg terkorban meninggal 15 hari selepas kemalangan.

Manager Man Utd time 2, Sir Matt Busby bertungkus lumus tuk bina balik team yg da pincang dek kemalangan 2. Man Utd akhirnya menjuarai European Cup (menang 4-1 lawan Benfica, season 1967/68) 10 thun selepas kejadian 2 berlaku..

Roger Byrne (28), Eddie Colman (21), Mark Jones (24), David Pegg (22), Tommy Taylor (26), Geoff Bent (25), Liam Whelan (22) and Duncan Edwards (21) adalah player2 yg terkorban dlm kemalangan 2..Walter Crickmer (S/U kelab), Tom Curry (pelatih kelab) dan Bert Whalley (jurulatih kelab) merupakan 3 org staf kelab yg terkorban..

8 org wartawan juga turut terkorban-Alf Clarke, Tom Jackson, Don Davies, George Fellows, Archie Ledbrook, Eric Thompson, Henry Rose, and Frank Swift (bekas player Man City). Member kepada Sir Matt Busby, Willie Satinoff, agen pelancongan Bela Miklos dan sorg drpda krew penerbangan, Tom Cable juga terkorban.

Back when you made your debut in January 2006 in the Carling Cup against Blackburn, did you envisage still being here in 2011 as one of the club’s most important players, and even wearing the captain's armband? 

I didn’t really think too far ahead to be honest. When I came here I just wanted to play and improve – that was my main target. Everything else has just happened in time. I’m lucky though because I’m surrounded by great players and great coaches and we have great facilities at the club so all that helps you. I’m very proud to have been here for five years although I must say the time has gone very quickly. Someone sent me a photo to sign the other day from when I first joined. My hair was longer and I looked very different. I showed Pat [Evra] – he joined at the same time – and said, ‘Look Pat we’re getting old!’ Thankfully neither of us feels old. It’s just a fantastic club to be part of and as a team we’ve achieved great success in the last five years. I hope there will be more to come in the next five.

Do you have a specific highlight from your time at the club?

There have been a lot. Moscow [when we won the Champions League in 2008] was fantastic and winning the title three years in a row was very special. We play in a very competitive league and you fight for the whole season to win that trophy. It’s a great moment when you are successful.

How have you changed as a player and person since you joined?

As a person… it’s hard to say. I think I’m the same, but you’d be better to ask my family and friends. As a player, obviously I think I had to change in order to adapt to the game over here, but my mentality on the pitch has not changed. I still have the same hunger to play well, to improve and to win trophies as I’ve always had.

Has the armband changed you at all or made you feel any different?
Not really. Obviously you lead the team out and do the coin toss before the game, but in terms of my game I don’t think anything has changed. I’ve always talked a lot on the pitch – you have to be able to communicate as a defender and organise things whether you are captain or not. I tend not to think about it [the captaincy] when I’m playing; I’m just focused on doing my best for the team as I have always done.

You’ve formed a great understanding with Rio Ferdinand over the last few years – is he the best defensive partner you’ve played alongside in your career?
Yes definitely, although I have to say Mladen Krstajić and I had a great relationship for the Serbian national team. I’m not being disrespectful to the other players I’ve played with, but the results I’ve achieved with those two shows what a good understanding we have and they have both helped me improve as a player.

My Love for Manchester United...

My love for Manchester United is like..
Loving my girlfriend and wife...

I will continue to love both and every little detail about it:
Such as the players, the staff, the stadium, Sir Alex Ferguson, the fans
Same as a women, her smile, her dangerous eye contact, the way she kiss

I will remember and cherish all the wonderful moment:
Such as the treble, Ryan Giggs, Roy Keane, the king (Eric Cantona), the Barcelona night, both of the Holy Trinity
Same go for my lady, our song, the 1st movie we watch together, our first fight

I will continue to love both in despite some sad, bad or mad moment and still be proud and support 100%:
Such as the way Roy Keane left, a particular match, draw and even lose, seeing CR7 gets kicks from opposition...
Same goes for my girl, “that time of the month”, when she suddenly changes that perfume or haircut that I love so much...

I will keep on waiting, hoping and praying all the best in the future:
Such as Manchester United 18th league title, when we can end other teams cockiness and bragging bout the past, every time they still managed to take my breath away
Same goes for the love one, our first child, our honeymoon to some place romantic, the day we could send our child to a trial for Manchester United(could happen)
